MugStock 2020 will not go ahead.
MugStock exists to bring happiness, culture, music, and space for a good boogie with family, friends and strangers. Sadly, in the current climate, we still cannot be certain that it will be safe or legal to put on the festival in September and feel that any further delay in getting reassurances of safety will not leave enough time to properly prepare an event of such scale. As such, we have decided to focus our energy on making MugStock 2021 as brilliant as it can be.
This doesn’t mean we won’t be giving you something to look forward to… MugStock 2021 is booked and ready to be written into your diary!

MugStock 2021 is on sale now, and with over a year to go and extended payment plans available there will never be a more cost-effective time to secure your tickets. Early Bird Tickets (priced from £7 to £95 are on sale now at: https://mugstock.org/tickets/
To book a full weekend camping ticket for as little as £7.92 per month you can sign up for a payment plan at https://mugstock.org/pay-monthly/
Payment plan customers secure their tickets at today’s best prices, and spread the cost monthly with no fees. If you book for a family or a group of four, you can save up to £120.
We understand the cancellation of many Scottish Festivals this year may lead to some dampened spirits, but with everyone doing their bit right now – by watching DJ sets from our couch, wearing our best glittery festival gear whilst doing the dishes, helping our neighbours and buying tickets for next year’s festival season, we can make sure that by August 2021, we are in a brilliant position to more than make up for any dancing, hugging, face-painting and mud-stomping moments that we have missed out on.
We would like to give enormous thanks to Strathallan Castle and Perth & Kinross Council for being so flexible, supportive and understanding, to our Dream Team of volunteers, our fabulous staff, and our utterly integral donors and supporters, without whom we would be far less able to weather this storm

And just in case you were wondering…
- A Wee Kid who would have come free as a 4 year old but will be 5 on the later date can still come for free.
- A Big Kid who would have been 12 on our original date, but will now be 13 when they attend will still get in on their original big kid’s child’s ticket.
- Teenager tickets for those who would have been 17 but will now be 18 will still be valid (but they should show ID at the box office so they receive an adults wristband
If you already have a ticket, you don’t need to worry – all tickets sold have been automatically transferred to next year’s event. If anyone can’t make these new dates, or could just use the money right now, they can request a refund. We have emailed all ticket buyers with full details.
