Alannah Moar is a songwriter, producer and vocalist, currently based in the east-end of Glasgow. Citing such influences as Fleetwood Mac, Dodie, Taylor Swift and Gabrielle Aplin, Alannah self-describes as a ‘dramatic folk-pop’ artist; lush vocal harmonies, sparkling guitars and ethereal synths layer up to build her distinctive wall-of-sound.

For fans of Katie Gregson-Macleod, Quiet Houses and The Staves, Alannah’s previous singles have been heard spinning on BBC Introducing, BBC Scotland, Camglen Radio, Chief Radio and many more besides. Performing alongside notable artists such as KT Tunstall, Callum Beattie, Amanda Palmer and The Eves, she has twice been selected as Resonate’s artist of the week and her last single Hoy was shortlisted for Single of the Year at the 2022 Weekender Awards.
