At MugStock Festival, SmugStock was an area where you could sit on a comfy chair with a decent view of the main stage whilst enjoying waiter service whilst receiving a massage or mini treatment. It was an attempt to create a peak experience.
SmugStock #1 is an attempt to transplant this spirit to our new home in Cumbernauld in the form of a weird day of wellness.
Free = accessible, not low quality!
We’re able to offer activities at no cost thanks to a micro grant from North Lanarkshire Council’s Community Empowerment Fund.

TRASH Music Projects have spent 3 decades repurposing junk destined for landfills into musical instruments. Join them for a furious 45 minutes session where we will use drumming on giant 80 gallon plastic chemical barrels to help us shake off the stresses of the day. We’ll also explore dynamics, conducting and the principals of jamming.
No musical experience required. Ear defenders provided and recommended!
